Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of $10.00 CAD applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time We offer Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cleverbotix.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
